00:00The Tuguegarao and Southwestern portion of Cagayana has been lowered to signal number 3.

00:05Heavy rains accompanied by strong winds caused a typhoon in the province of Cagayana.

00:11Residents are worried about the possible rise of the Cagayan River.

00:15Because the river is slowly flooding the land and the plateau has reached 15 meters.

00:21So for now, residents are worried that the level of the river might rise and rise.

00:26The land will be affected by the Cagayan River.

00:29Meanwhile, the Mayor of Tuguegarao, Mayor Mila Ting Que,

00:33has called for the residents of Cagayan River to evacuate even if the level of the river rises.

00:38The local government is ready even if they need to conduct rescue operations.

00:47In the end, there are 18 families that need to be evacuated in the whole province of Tuguegarao.
