00:00In the budget, we were assured by the Department of Budget and Management that we have a fund.

00:05It is true that it is being reduced. Historically, as early as October, sometimes September,

00:10the calamity fund of the national and local governments is running out.

00:15But the government always has a reserve of funds and we have an assurance from DBM

00:20that we have enough funds for the next calamities until the end of December.

00:27We have a fund for addressing the government's response to the calamities.
