00:05the government-run agencies to have a proper communication system

00:11for the quicker distribution of information to the affected residents.

00:20Following the strong Marseille storm,

00:22President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. alerted the government-run agencies

00:27in front of the city of Marseille about the possible effects of the storm.

00:30The executives of the government-run agencies

00:32urged the government-run agencies to have a proper communication system

00:35for the quicker distribution of information to the affected residents,

00:39especially since the judgment of the authorities

00:41is always based on the movements of the citizens.

00:45The DPWH and DOTR were also ordered to stand by

00:48for the possible clearing operations

00:50and were instructed to be ready to help the private companies

00:54that are part of the Build Better More program of the government.

00:57The executives also said that the government-run agencies

01:01should be on high alert for the rescue equipment

01:04in order to help in the upcoming rescue operations.

01:07The government-run agencies should also be around the clock

01:09in monitoring the rivers and other waterways

01:12while following the protocols in the dams

01:15in case there is a potential storm.

01:18The President also urged the relief goods to be in a safe place

01:22so that they can be distributed to those affected by the storm.

01:25He also thanked the healthcare workers

01:29who are already on standby to provide medical attention to those in need.

01:33The President also reminded us

01:35the importance of being ready and careful

01:38because every life is important.
