00:00Introducing our new feature the NICHS group of the month. Each month we will be
00:05featuring a different care services group that we run out and around the
00:08country. Can you guess from some of these clips where we were this month? If you
00:14guessed Inniskillen you are correct. We were at our Breathing Better Education
00:18Programme which is led by the lovely Lindsay from our care services team. Our
00:22Breathing Better Education Programme covers loads of different topics for
00:26people living with respiratory conditions. This week the focus was on
00:29healthy habits so Lindsay was talking us through the eat well plate and all of
00:34the things that we should be eating and some of the things that we should be
00:37eating less or in moderation to look after our health. We also touched on
00:43alcohol, smoking, vaping, caffeine, hydration, speaking of which it was time
00:50for a tea and coffee break. Overall it was a great session, the group had some
00:54great discussions, sharing their tips and tricks for how they fit healthy
00:59habits into their day-to-day lives. We had some great laughs, some great crack
01:03but don't take my word for it, here is James one of the group members on what
01:07he has thought of breathing better so far.
01:24I've got a few days we've got to go to, I need a bit of a different fridge and break in for different meals because I'm on a diet.
