00:00The second meeting on the power of Belia's development.
00:10In this meeting, two pages of discussions have been passed and four pages of information.
00:17The most important thing that has been discussed extensively is about mental health in the Belia community.
00:28Because we are very concerned about stress, anxiety, which results in suicide.
00:43This is due to several external factors, such as cyberbullying and issues related to technology and lifestyle.
01:01There are seven factors that affect the situation.
01:05However, this time it is not only up to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but also 12 other ministries.
01:17So, this consultation is done by conducting a survey of existing programs related to the Belia target group,
01:31where this program is also carried out by other ministries.
01:35This consultation must be carried out.
01:40There is also the Rakah Muda program, where we are very touched by the ministerial approach
01:53that has reached more than 21,000 people in Belia.
02:00However, our concern is that 93.47% of the people in Belia are not united.
02:12And that's why we use the word, not through face-to-face communication,
02:21but through telecommunication through social media and other below-the-line communication plans.
02:31For that, a very comprehensive program was carried out,
02:39especially when we carried out the launch of the Belia socio-economic establishment plan,
02:47where this plan was made until 2030,
02:55and it was made as a guideline for the KBS together with other ministries, offices and agencies.
03:05In fact, it involves NGOs and the private sector to provide funding for the development of Belia in this socio-economic area.
03:16Finally, I would like to make a statement that the Belia Malaysia conference,
03:22I appoint Mr. Ustaz Agong MBM as a permanent member of the Belia Development Cabinet.
03:38I also want to add that in the discussion about mental health,
03:43the Belia Development Cabinet will cooperate with the Ministry of Health
03:48because we have visited their agency and we have seen that there is a gap that we need to close.
03:56For example, the attempt to commit suicide, which used to be a crime, is now no longer there.
04:02And we want each case to have a follow-up.
04:07Not only for the Belia, but also for their friends and family and their support system.
04:14Because if we don't maintain and create a guideline for follow-up,
04:19other cases may occur from the support system.
04:24Therefore, we will cooperate with the Ministry of Health to build a guideline to help the victims.
