00:07whereas they'll put a million dollars into an ample theater down on the Bayfront,

00:13but the people on the Lower East Side don't have a grocery store that they can walk to.

00:18So if you don't have transportation, you're in trouble.

00:20So then how are these decisions being made?

00:22They're being made by the leadership, and they don't have those people in mind anymore.

00:27They care about the people who lie in their pockets, meaning my voter base is here.

00:33These people down here don't care enough to vote.

00:36So what am I going to do for here if here is the people who got me an office?

00:41But I believe that whole community makes up Eerie, not just part,

00:46meaning if I take care of my house, then I'm better equipped to take care of the community.

00:52If we take care of the communities, then we're better equipped to take care of the city.
