00:20the government and local government agencies continue to help the affected residents of La Union.
00:28Yesterday, October 31, 2024,
00:32the residents of Barangay Kadaklan in San Fernando City received help
00:37from the provincial government of La Union,
00:40the City of San Fernando and agencies
00:43such as the Department of Social Welfare and Development,
00:46Department of Labor and Employment,
00:48Social Security System,
00:50La Union Police Provincial Office and Pag-ibig.
00:53This activity is part of the Barangay Forum
00:56led by the Philippine Information Agency, La Union.
01:00Its goal is to strengthen the unity of agencies and communities,
01:03as well as support the geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas or JIDA,
01:09such as Barangay Kadaklan.
01:11Conrado Rivera, one of the beneficiaries of Barangay Kadaklan,
01:17thanked the agencies and officials who provided assistance.
