00:28right and I can't wait to join him with Bubbles in the Park at a future date, as Burnley's

00:33not that far away from me Mr Speaker, but he's absolutely right as well to celebrate

00:37the work of volunteers in communities and public servants who are giving their time

00:42and energy to strengthening our local areas and bringing people together.
