Teenage boys were spotted in a stolen car - they fled police but got stuck in a traffic jam

This is the jam-dunk moment armed police seize two 14-year-old car thieves after the 175mph sports car they stole gets stuck in a traffic queue.

The pair are said to have taken the powerful Dodge Charger the day before and were spotted cruising over a bridge in Tampa Bay, in the US state of Florida.
Police video footage of the arrest on 26th October shows the muscle car being tracked by a traffic helicopter as they start to get snarled up in traffic.
