00:22Good afternoon, Ma'am Nguyen, and also good afternoon to you.

00:26How is the assistance of the PNP regarding our relief operations, General Fajardo?

00:34The PNP continues to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster response, particularly in affected areas.

00:47Ma'am, please give us details on what you are distributing to the PNP in evacuation centers

00:54before we continue with your preparations for the UNDAS.

00:58Yes, Ma'am. Aside from the 4,000 deployed in affected areas,

01:06particularly in severely affected areas like Region 5 and Region 4A, particularly in Batangas,

01:15we are also distributing using our choppers.

01:20Aside from our three choppers that are bringing relief goods,

01:25our mobility assets such as PNP buses, coasters, and manned trucks that are used in retrieval operations,

01:34in transporting stranded people, and of course, in delivering relief goods.

01:44Those are what we are using.

01:46The government's various agencies, such as our counterparts in the Forces of the Philippines,

01:52Office of the Civil Defense, and other agencies of the LGUs affected.

01:58Okay. In other talks, what are we doing to prepare?

02:03To the PNP, in the upcoming UNDAS this year,

02:07what will be the update on the deployment and visibility of our policemen

02:12who you understand are deployed for the relief efforts for Baguio-Christine?

02:18As of now, Ma'am, we already have a soft deployment when it comes to our UNDAS.

02:24We have a few countrymen who are going to their loved ones' places of residence.

02:32That's why we already deployed around 7,000.

02:37We already have police assistance.

02:39By the time of the UNDAS and long weekend, we will deploy more or less 18,800 nationwide,

02:50including cemeteries, transport terminals, seaports and airports.

02:56Of course, in the affected areas of Baguio, we will continue to do retrieval and relief operations.

03:05That's why we deployed augmentation teams, particularly in the affected areas,

03:11so that our people who are rendering assistance relating to our disaster response

03:20will not leave the area and our other people will be deployed for the UNDAS.

03:26Ma'am, in terms of that deployment, will the police mobiles that will go around the UNDAS

03:34be included to monitor the security in the residential areas?

03:38Yes, Ma'am. They will be included in the so-called barangay police and roving foot and mobile patrols

03:46to make sure that while our countrymen are going to their loved ones' places of residence and cemeteries,
