00:29Like many of us, I've struggled with anxiety and confusion.

00:33But in searching for peace, I found something that completely changed my life.

00:43I was surprised to find it was ancient ideas that helped me,

00:47and that all of the great teachers of history taught know thyself.

00:53They promised when we understand who we really are,

00:56we gain wisdom, and with wisdom we live in peace.

01:04But I can vouch living in peace is hard.

01:07Which is why I'm here in the Cairngorms,

01:09some of the fiercest nature that the UK has to offer,

01:12to see what being in nature can teach us about our nature.

01:17We're going to see what are these great teachings that can help us live with wisdom,

01:21and can the mountain teach us anything about living in peace.
