00:18to help in the disaster response and humanitarian efforts

00:21in the regions affected by Hurricane Christine.

00:25On the 28th of yesterday, the Singaporean Armed Forces' C-130 aircraft landed at Villamor Air Base.

00:32The aircraft was accompanied by Defense Secretary Gilberto Chudoro Jr.,

00:37Office of Civil Defense Assistant Secretary Raffy Alejandro,

00:41officials of the Philippine Air Force,

00:42and the Singaporean Ambassador to the Philippines, Constance See.

00:46According to Singapore Defense Attaché Colonel Jajindren Mariapan,

00:50the arrival of their C-130 in the Philippines is also due to the request of our government.

00:56As for Ambassador See,

00:58the said deployment is just a demonstration of a strong relationship between the Philippines and Singapore.

01:04The Singapore Armed Forces has deployed our C-130 transport aircraft

01:09at the request of the Philippine government to support in the humanitarian aid efforts.

01:15The C-130 will be deployed in support of the Philippines government

01:21to bring airlift support, to bring the humanitarian aid to the communities affected by Tropical Storm Christine.

01:32At 2.39 p.m. yesterday, the Eurocopter EC-275 military transport aircraft of Malaysia arrived.

01:40The Malaysian Ambassador to the Philippines, Abdul Malik Kelvin, is also there.

01:45For Ambassador Kelvin, the Philippines is an important bilateral partner of Malaysia

01:50because of its membership in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations or ASEAN.

01:55In addition to the ambassador, the Philippines can also rely on the Philippines in times of need.
