01:38That's called a turnaround time.

01:39But a forced call means they're going to bring you in a little earlier.

01:41They're allowed to do that once a week.

01:44And if they do it a second time, you get a little bit of a bonus in your paycheck.

01:48But they always have to ask.

01:49And so the guy said, Chris, we're thinking of maybe forcing your call tomorrow.

01:55And I was a little annoyed because I knew that it was a long...
