00:03the Department of Social Welfare and Development has already prepared

00:07more than 20 million family food packs for those affected by Hurricane Christine.

00:12The details are reported by Efrayim Gaytos of Radyo Pilipinas.

00:18Before Hurricane Christine hit,

00:20the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD,

00:25has already prepared 20 million family food packs for the entire country.

00:28According to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalia,

00:30the agency has already prepared the family food packs

00:34according to the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.

00:37We are not waiting to bring it there.

00:40It is already prepossessed.

00:42That is the instruction of our President.

00:44He is continuously monitoring me day in and day out,

00:48365 days a year.

00:50As of October 24,

00:51there are already 109,513 family food packs

00:56distributed by DSWD in different parts of the country.

01:00In Luzon, its repacking facilities in Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Pampanga

01:06have already started. According to DSWD,

01:07it can produce 10,000 to 15,000 family food packs per day.

01:13In Baguio City, DSWD tents have already been set up

01:17for residents in evacuation centers.

01:21In Bontoc Mountain Province,
