00:26Early in the morning, when the water level started to rise in several places in Quezon City,

00:31it reached the level of almost a million people.

00:35For example, in Barangay Rojas, where the QCDRRMO had to be rescued

00:40from 112 individuals using a boat,

00:44only a few residents were able to escape.

00:47However, when the sun rose and the rain started to fall,

00:51several residents were able to escape and went straight to evacuation centers.

00:55In Barangay Tatalon, where Nanay Rosalie lives,

00:59the water level reached the ceiling of the house.

02:43That is why we are asking the people who are willing to be evacuated to come to our evacuation center.

02:54In the last case of the Quezon City LGU,

02:56there were 23 evacuation centers in the city and almost 4,000 evacuees.

03:07such as G. Araneta Avenue, Corner Maria Clara Street, and Amuranto Street.
