00:18Have you seen that some kids are very energetic, some are very lethargic, some are very outgoing,

00:25some like to keep to themselves.

00:27So IQ and EQ, they both, in a sense, are governed by your physical structure, your birth itself.

00:35Whereas, SQ is a choice.

00:37You cannot do much when it comes to IQ or EQ, but when it comes to SQ, you can do everything.

00:45What is SQ?

00:46Spiritual Quotient is actually the choice, the decision to know yourself.
