00:00A grandfather is missing after a fishing boat capsized in Cebu.

00:11The strong winds in Metro Cebu are getting stronger.

00:15The reason is to tighten the ropes outside the Mandawi City Sports Complex.

00:27Arlington Pond Street in Cebu City was closed.
