Quadruped robots, or "robot dogs," have successfully navigated stairs and rough terrain during tests in the Taishan Mountain scenic area. With a record-breaking 8.62m tourist visits in 2023 generating 24,000 tons of garbage, these robots could significantly ease the burden of manual garbage transport at high altitudes.
