Law enforcement have been praised after they arrested a man dressed in a 'Scream' costume for brandishing a knife and causing chaos in the streets.
The video, captured on Raff Avenue SW in Canton Township, Ohio State, USA, depicted the man sprinting across the motorway while attempting to flee from cops on 17th October.
In the next scene, the man, later identified as 35-year-old Jacob Paul Weisgarber, is pinned to the ground by police officers, who can be seen simultaneously removing his Ghostface mask.
He was then handcuffed and placed in the back of a police vehicle before being transported to the station. Video: @StarkCountySheriff/NF/newsX
