00:00What's your favorite scene so far?
00:11My favorite scene so far is our four scenes in the cemetery.
00:22Because the dynamics of the four characters are so good.
00:28They are all different in their skills and in their battles.
00:35But in the end, their friendship is still strong.
00:39And doing that scene, I think it took us, what, four hours?
00:47Because we were constantly raining.
00:50So, the emotional continuity, the intensity of the scene needed to be maintained.
00:58The audience should not feel that we were constantly raining.
01:04And the length of that scene, I think it was nine scenes.
01:10Nine hogs.
01:12All of our dialogues.
01:15So, that's one of my favorite scenes so far.
01:19My other favorite scenes are not yet aired.
01:22So, watch out for that.
01:24But I will definitely watch it.
01:26Actually, it's hard for me to say what my favorite scene is.
01:30Because all the scenes I did are memorable.
01:33But maybe the scene that I will never forget.
01:37Or the scene that really struck me.
01:41Maybe that's the scene that made her cry.
01:45This is the first time Teresita entered the garrison of the Comfort Women.
01:51Because all the Comfort Women were there when she arrived.
01:56And in that scene, that was actually the first scene I did as a Comfort Women.
02:03Because the first scene I did, I was the mother.
02:05So, that was the first scene that I did as a Comfort Women.
02:11A lot of painful things happened.
02:13So, maybe that time, people were asking me how to jump into character right away.
02:19So, basically, when you enter, you already feel the weight of the scene.
02:23And I was nervous before we even took it.
02:26Because in the weight of the scene, I need to give justice to my role in character.
02:31But doing that scene, with the help of my co-actors and Direk,
02:37and the set-up of the production, it was easier for me.
02:40But at the same time, the scene was heavy.
02:42So, I feel like I jumped into character right away.
02:45And after that scene, I told myself,
02:48I can continue being a Comfort Women all the way.
02:52Because I was nervous at first.
02:53Because mentally, I need to be strong for it.
02:56So, that was the first scene.
02:57The first time Perisita entered the house.
03:01One of my favorite scenes that I did in Pulang Araw,
03:04is when I went to Adelina and told her to be careful with Hiroshi.
03:12This is the time when the Japanese will start to push the kidnapping.
03:20So, Luis, Marcel, and Johnny's father,
03:24even though they are your friends,
03:26we don't know who will be their friend in the end.
03:33But Luis has a good intention regarding that.
