00:00The House Quad Committee formally invited former President Rodrigo Duterte to their hearing on Tuesday, October 22.

00:09The Quad Commissioner sent a letter to the former President, which contains half of the details of the hearing.

00:15The issue of the extrajudicial killings during Duterte's time will be discussed in detail here.

00:21We hope that he will be able to come and explain his position.

00:25A while ago, the former President Duterte said that he is ready to attend the Quad Commissioner's hearing as long as he can get an invitation.

00:33In the previous hearings of the Joint Panel, Duterte's name has been mentioned several times.
