00:10Australian GP. Bazzechi collided with Maverick Vanallis on the first corner at the Phillip
00:15Island Grand Prix Circuit. The pair both flew off their bikes in what was described as a
00:20massive crash by the commentary team for the GP. It's believed that both riders were traveling
00:26at around 120 miles per hour during the time of impact. Fortunately, Vanallis has been declared
00:32fit after the incident, while Bazzechi was airlifted to a hospital in Melbourne for a
00:36full check-up. It's understood that Bazzechi has not suffered any fractures or serious injuries
00:42at this time. He was later checked over for any fractures or serious injuries before being
00:48airlifted to the hospital for further examination. Vanallis was able to get on the back of Stewart's
00:54bike to be removed from the track after getting up quickly, while Bazzechi required a stretcher.
00:59The incident is still under investigation by the stewards.
