00:12Secretary Ernesto Perez emphasized the importance of improving bureaucratic efficiency for economic growth.

00:19112 local government units or LGUs have established electronic business one-stop shops or e-boss,

00:2670 of which have been recognized by ARTA.

00:29The e-boss simplifies business permit applications, encouraging investment and job creation.

00:34ARTA also reported 97.96% of the complaints received have been addressed.
