00:08against a Sari-Sari store owner and a brother of a killed human rights activist.

00:14It is said that a former member of the New People's Army

00:19who supports the NPA, Marceline Pilala and Eliza Lemita,

00:25filed a complaint with PNP-CIDG.

00:28They filed a complaint against the two to destroy the case.

00:33Pilala said that it is not true that he sold to the rebels

00:37from his Sari-Sari store in March 2021.

00:41He started the Sari-Sari store especially in October 2021.

00:45He also lied about the accusation of having entered

00:50P100,000 in his bank account.

00:54Lemita denied that he gave food to the NPA.

00:57Lemita is a brother of Chai Evangelista,

01:00one of the activists who were arrested in the police operations in Calabarzon

01:04on Bloody Sunday in 2021.

01:07The DOJ said that they will investigate

01:11and investigate the evidence of the complainant and respondents.
