Cannabis cultivator locked up after being caught during raid

A cannabis grower caught hiding in the loft of a house while officers carried out a coordinated morning raid has been jailed.

Neighbourhood officers from Sherwood and Bulwell joined forces to execute the Misuse of Drugs Act warrant in Rushcliffe Rise, Sherwood.

Twenty-nine-year-old Arnold Elezi headed straight up the ladder to the attic after hearing officers force their way into the address.
