00:35which has pointed a finger at people, ships, and their so-called commitment to a peaceful settlement in the Sea of Galapagos.
00:43This is a reflection of the experiences of the Philippines several times within our Exclusive Economic Zone,
00:48and it is obvious that Vietnam has also experienced the same harassment in their Exclusive Economic Zone.
