00:00I think the family issue that you talked about, that's something that we sometimes don't recognise, how much to support families, because they do want to help, and that's where a lot of people go initially to their friends and families,
00:29especially if you're in a two-job family.
00:33But it's an interesting debate that's had quite a lot actually about that, is that how much for us could it be so important if you have those families?
00:41I know that today I can't underestimate what a support you are and the likelihood you are for them in that.
00:48How are they doing?
00:50They're okay. They're managing it differently each. All the families are so different, and individually too, they're managing it and processing this tragic event in very different ways, but they're going to again support them.
01:03And I think being able to have opportunities to be able to speak to different people in the community about the experience and joining up together and sharing their experience, I think is excellent.
01:12But yeah, I can't underestimate how grateful they are. On behalf of them, thank you.
01:18True professionals, all of you.
01:20Hopefully I've said the right thing.
01:24Anything we can do, if you'd like, card-wise?
01:26Yes.
01:32Come and give a walk, guys.
01:42Very nice of you guys.
