00:19rent out the ground floor of Pacific Concrete's building to the Pogo company 3D Analyzer Information

00:25Technologies.

00:26The building is part of a larger property owned by the government-run Philippine National

00:31Construction Corporation.

00:33Authorities raided 3D Analyzer on October 3 and found evidence of love-scam operations.

00:38This was after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. banned all Pogos.

00:42Pacific Concrete's lawyer Aldo del Rosario confirms the sublease to Rappler.

00:47He says Pacific Concrete is 65 years old, has had many subleases, and is a quadruple

00:52A contractor.

00:54There's odd comment from Lopez, but the PRA pointed to Pacific Concrete.
