00:44Combs' legal team is pushing for a trial date in April or May 2025 as they seek to expedite
00:51the process after he was denied bail twice.
00:54In a recent motion, Combs' attorneys accused the government of leaking a video showing
01:00him allegedly abusing his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, to the media which they argue
01:06could compromise his right to a fair trial.
01:09They have requested a gag order to prevent further leaks and claim that the Department
01:14of Homeland Security was responsible for the information leaks rather than the prosecutors.
