Kabar baik, Pasangan nomor urut 1, H. Iyos Somantri dan Zainul S, dalam perhelatan Pilkada 2024 ini menargetkan untuk dapat menghadirkan lebih dari 10.000 Peluang Lapangan Kerja Baru untuk masyarakat Kabupaten Sukabumi saat terpilih menjadi Bupati dan Wakil Bupati periode berikutnya.  Program ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat akan akses pekerjaan yang lebih luas, sehingga dapat mendukung pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi pribadi maupun keluarga.  Untuk mewujudkannya, pasangan H. Iyos Somantri dan Zainul S sudah menyiapkan beberapa jurus, diantaranya:  Jurus pertama, menggelar bursa lowongan kerja 2 kali dalam setahun, dengan target menghadirkan 2.000 hingga 4.000 peluang lapangan kerja per tahun.  Jurus kedua, Program magang keluar negeri dengan target memberangkatkan 500 orang per tahun.  Jurus ketiga, Sertifikasi kompetensi dan magang industri bersertifikat di dalam negeri, dengan target 1.000 pencari kerja setiap tahunnya.  Jurus keempat, Pembukaan 2000 hektar lahan pertanian baru yang berpotensi menyerap minimal 2000-5000 tenaga kerja serta melahirkan 1.000 wirausaha baru di bidang pertanian.  Selain itu masih ada jurus-jurus lainnya, seperti penguatan pendidikan berbasis vokasi, membangun ekosistem wirausaha, hingga menarik investor sebanyak-banyaknya terutama di bidang pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif.
