00:00In a rare occasion, a mass was held at the foot of Mount Apo.

00:10It was conducted by Father Ansel Apata of the Diocese of Surigao.

00:15He is part of the group of 15 hikers from Surigao who climbed Mount Apo on September 23.

00:22Father Apata considered it a blessing to be able to climb and hold a mass at the foot of the highest mountain in the Philippines.

00:32He said it was just his dream and he tried it twice before, but he only succeeded this time.
