00:00Yeah. Lately, there's been a lot on my mind. A lot of things have been happening way too

00:19fast, and yet I can't find a way to think, breathe, or feel any of it. I know when I

00:30was a kid, I could never have these kind of thoughts. Back then, life felt so much like

00:38a breeze, and I could feel that everything was in control. Recently, I've been bringing

00:50myself to the shore because the waves remind me what it's like to lose control. Once in

00:57a while, a wave crashes against the shore, breaking free from any sort of control. I

01:13know the easiest thing would be to let go, but it's hard, and with control, sometimes

01:23it's even harder. If you think of control as a glass of water, the fuller the glass,

01:31the tougher to control, and at any time, that control can break away, leaving a restless

01:40sea of thoughts rushing through my head, and feeling like I'm drowning for no reason at

01:48all. So, yeah, lately, there's been a lot on my mind, but I've mainly been thinking

01:56about what it would be like when I let go of what I can't control. Letting life bloom

02:05through the cracks, letting every thought come to pass, and living in the moment, because

02:12that's where we all have control. And sure, life can turn on our heads, but we shouldn't

02:19let that take away from our lives. That's what it feels like, to let go.
