igfoot was certain to become a popular figure on TikTok sooner or later.

In what may be the clearest footage of the much-discussed fabled beast to date, a content producer is said to have captured the furry beast on camera.

On TikTok, the video has received over 1.2 million views.

The short video was taken in Lawton, Oklahoma's Parallel Forest, and was captioned, "I really think I caught a f–king Bigfoot on camera," by @E_ManAlfaro.

While no one thought Sasquatch was finally found, it turns out the sighting was all part of an ad campaign for the Bigfoot Head Shop in Lawton. However, the videographer wrote that he’d been “doing some sight-seeing and enjoying the day” when he “saw something in the distance.” That’s when the hiker allegedly stumbled upon the podiatrically-endowed primate — which he described as the “scariest moment of my life.” The 10-second footage shows the tufty orange creature chilling against a tree and sniffing some flowers like the start of a Jack Link’s beef jerky commercial.

00:55Unlike in the ads, however, the videographer doesn't start messing with Sasquatch
01:00In fact, at the end of the footage, the ginger shagamuffin looks up, causing his gawker to
01:05exclaim, oh, shit
01:07TikTok commenters, though, had a hard time believing that the videographer clapped eyes
01:11on Bigfoot
01:12It's nice to see real footage of a real Bigfoot, wrote one troll in jest
01:18I completely believe this is real
01:21Thank you for sharing this
01:23Some commenters observed that the so-called cryptozoological curiosity looked eerily similar
01:27to the costume used in the previously mentioned beef jerky ad
01:32One astute viewer wrote, look up Jack Link's adult Sasquatch costume
01:36It's identical
01:38Another laughed, where can I buy one of these costumes?
01:42The original TikTok poster retorted, holding firm, I don't think it's a costume
01:47The videographer answered, that's why I had to capture him myself when I saw him but you
01:51can see I was terrified getting this footage, in response to a jokester who said, it can't
01:55be him, the real Bigfoot is blurry, haven't y'all seen the pics?
02:00The costume may resemble a depressing spirit Halloween store Harry and the Hendersons costume,
02:04but it's a far cry from the grainy footage that's recently come to be associated with
02:08Bigfoot sightings, in August, some Reddit tinfoil hatters claimed to have spotted a
02:12galloping Sasquatch in the background of a nature documentary that was 20 years old
