00:23you are still wasting your time.

00:27is likely wasting his time even when he is not on Instagram.

00:31It's not just 20-30% that you are wasting,

00:33you are probably wasting 100%.

00:35Instagram and the addiction is just a symptom of a purposeless life.

00:40And that purpose cannot come from any external source.

00:43It has to come through self-observation.

00:45When you look at yourself, you know what to do.
