00:08We have been able to do that only because we have a lot of economic and technical power

00:14at our disposal.

00:15And we are using that to ruin this planet.

00:18In fact, it's already gone.

00:19We are de facto in the sixth mass extinction phase.

00:23So that's what we have done.

00:25For technology to be of constructive use to human beings, it is needed that growth

00:31and wisdom keep space with growth in technology.

00:35If the rate of growth of wisdom lags behind the rate of growth of technology,

00:42then we are hurdling towards disaster.
