00:00Converge Fever Xers forced a do-or-die game 5 for their quarterfinals against San Miguel Beermen.

00:11After the 0-2 victory of SMB, Converge made a record in the series that broke in Game 3 on Monday,

00:21and also in Game 4 last night in Ninoy Aquino Stadium that ended in a score of 114-100.

00:29Fever Xers made a good connection especially in the 4th quarter where they were slowly away from Beermen through a 10-1 run.

00:40The leader for Converge was Shawnee Winston who posted 26 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and 1 steal and block.

00:51Meanwhile, Justin Arana scored 22 markers, 7 boards, 4 steals, and 2 dimes.

01:10And I feel like we all came out today and played as a team and executed really well.

01:16Converge head coach Franco Atienza shared what they should do to win Game 5.

01:25Continue on what we did well, controlling their bigs, of course they're number one, but at the same time their shooters,

01:34and bottling it off on the rebounds, we just have to play the same energy, the same sharpness, the same togetherness that we played today.

01:43Game 5 will be held this coming Sunday at the Inares Center in Antipolo.

01:49The winner will face Barangay Hinebra San Miguel in the Best of 7 Semifinals.
