00:00In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
00:05O Seen
00:09By the Wise Qur'an
00:13Verily, you are one of the Messengers
00:19On a Straight Path
00:24A Revelation of the Mighty, the Merciful
00:30That you may warn a people whose forefathers were not warned, and they are heedless
00:42The Word has come into effect on most of them, and they do not believe
00:53Verily, We have placed in their necks children, and they are to the chins, and they are hopeful
01:12And We have placed before them a barrier, and behind them a barrier, and We have covered them, so they do not see
01:28And it is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them. They do not believe
01:42You only warn those who follow the Reminder and fear the Most Merciful unseen
01:54So give him good tidings of forgiveness and a generous reward
02:02Verily, We give life to the dead and record what they have done and their footprints
02:14And everything We have enumerated in a clear record
02:26And set forth for them an example of the people of the city when the messengers came to it
02:37When We sent to them two, but they denied them, so We strengthened with a third, and they said,
02:52Verily, We are to you messengers. They said, You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not sent down anything. You are but lying
03:19They said, Our Lord knows. Verily, we are to you messengers, and we are not responsible except for the clear notification
03:36They said, Verily, we have been infatuated with you. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and a painful punishment will surely touch you from us
03:59They said, Your birds are with you. If you are reminded, no, you are a transgressing people
04:19And there came from the farthest part of the city a man running. He said, O my people, follow the messengers. Follow those who do not ask you for a reward while they are guided
04:46And why should I not worship the One who created me and to Him you will be returned
04:57Should I take besides Him gods? If the Most Merciful intends for me harm, their intercession will avail me not at all, nor will they save me
05:23Verily, then I will be in manifest error. Verily, I have believed in your Lord, so listen
05:40It was said, Enter Paradise. He said, O would that my people knew
05:51that my Lord has forgiven me and made me of the honored
05:58And We did not send down upon his people after him any army from the sky, nor would We have sent them down
06:17It was not but a single cry, and at once they were silent
06:28O regret for the servants! There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him
06:44Did they not see how many generations We had destroyed before them, that to them they would not return
06:55And all of them, when they were all with Us, would be brought before Us
07:03And a sign for them is the dead earth. We gave it life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they ate
07:19And We placed therein gardens of date palms and grapevines, and We caused therein to burst forth springs
07:35That they might eat of its fruit, and that which their hands had made. Will they not then be grateful
07:47Exalted is He who created the pairs, all of them, from what the earth grows, and from themselves, and from that which they know not
08:10And a sign for them is the night. We cause the day to pass from it, and at once they are wronged
08:22And the sun runs for its abode. That is the decree of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing
08:33And the moon. We have determined for it seasons until it returns to you, the old crescent
08:43The sun should not reach the moon, nor should the night overtake the day
08:56And all are in an orbit, swimming
09:06And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in a loaded ship
09:16And We created for them from the like of it that which they ride
09:24And if We willed, We could drown them, and there would be no cry for them, nor would they be saved
09:33Except as a mercy from Us and provision for a time
09:40And when it is said to them, fear that which is before you and that which is behind you, that you may receive mercy
09:51And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they turn away from them
10:05And when it is said to them, spend from that which Allah has provided for you, those who disbelieve say to those who believe,
10:19And when it is said to them, spend from that which Allah has provided for you, those who disbelieve say to those who disbelieve,
10:32And they say, when is this promise, if you are truthful?
10:43They do not wait except for one blast, which will seize them while they dispute
10:58So they will not be able to make a recommendation, nor will they return to their people
11:10And the trumpet will be blown, and at once they will descend from the graves to their Lord
11:22They will say, O woe to us! Who has raised us from our sleep? This is what the Most Merciful promised, and the messengers spoke the truth
11:41It will be but one blast, and at once they will all be brought before Us
11:54So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do
12:10Indeed, the companions of Paradise today are in a fruitful occupation
12:21They and their spouses are in shade, reclining on couches
12:31They will have therein fruit, and they will have what they ask for
12:40Peace is a word from a Merciful Lord
12:48And excel today, O criminals
12:54Did I not make a covenant to you, O children of Adam, that you would not worship Satan? Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy
13:12And that you worship me, this is a straight path
13:21And indeed, he has led many of you astray, did you not then understand?
13:32This is Hell, which you were promised
13:41Burn therein today for what you used to disbelieve
13:48Today We will seal their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us, and their feet will bear witness to what they used to earn
14:09And if We willed, We could have wiped over their eyes, but they rushed to the path, so how could they see
14:26And if We willed, We could have wiped over their eyes, but they rushed to the path, so how could they see
14:41And whosoever We give life to, We give him back in creation. Do they not understand?
14:54And We did not teach him poetry, nor is it appropriate for him. It is only a reminder and a clear Qur'an
15:09That He may warn those who are alive, and that the word may be justified against the disbelievers
15:20Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made cattle, and they are its owners
15:39And We have made it low for them, and from it they ride, and from it they eat
15:48And for them therein are benefits and drinks. Will they not be grateful?
15:56And they have taken besides Allah gods that they may be helped
16:06They are unable to help them, and for them there are hosts brought
16:16So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare
16:31Do they not see that We have created man from a sperm, and at once he is a clear adversary
16:46And he presents to Us an example, but he forgets his creation. He says, who will give life to the debris while it is scattered
17:00Say, He who created it the first time will give it life, and He is, of all creation, Knowing
17:15Who made for you from the green tree a fire, and at once from it you ignite
17:30Is not He who created the heavens and the earth Able to create like them? Yes, and He is the Knowing Creator
17:48His command is only, when He intends a thing, to say to it, Be, and it is
18:10So exalted is He in Whose hand is the dominion of all things, and to Him you will be returned
