00:00Assalam-o-Alaikum, This is H6 Error in Greek Kit. H6 Error is basically Motor Error.
00:12There is no problem in this kit. H6 Error is not there.
00:16This is a Jack. I removed it myself to make a video and to tell you that for whom H6 Error is there.
00:25When H6 Error is there, then there is a problem that there is a fault in its motor.
00:30But its motor gauge is there. You will open it.
00:34See, there are three wires here.
00:37These wires are of 5 volts.
00:43And there are three wires of pulse.
00:46I will show you.
00:47But this video is on my channel.
00:49I have made a video on motor in detail.
00:52How does the Hall Sensor work in this?
00:54For what reasons?
00:57How to match the motor?
00:59If you install any other motor, then how to change its wires?
01:03Or how to run it?
01:04The whole video is made on my channel.
01:07You can watch it.
01:08Watch it.
01:09You know that.
01:10But now we will work on this.
01:12And I will tell you that where should 5 volts come?
01:15And where should its pulse come?
01:16I will try to make a small video.
01:18And you have to cover it.
01:21See, I have removed this jack.
01:24H6 Error is there.
01:25But now I have to see that where do 5 volts come on the jack?
01:31And where will the positive come?
01:33And negative.
01:34There are three wires of this jack.
01:36If I tell you like this again.
01:40Because the video is made.
01:42You can watch it.
01:43It is a very detailed video.
01:44See this jack here.
01:46Install it like this.
01:47It will not look like this.
01:49It will be installed like this.
01:51Now when it is installed like this.
01:53I remove the jack.
01:54It will be installed like this.
01:55So see this in the center.
01:58And see here.
02:00Along with it, this is the double cross wire.
02:03Negative will come in this.
02:04And this is this one.
02:06Positive will come in this.
02:08This is the straight one.
02:09And this is here.
02:11See here.
02:13This mark is crossed somewhere.
02:15Put it far away.
02:16There is a pulse in it.
02:17I put it here.
02:19So I remove it first.
02:21I check the voltage in it.
02:23From the meter.
02:24So you will see how many voltages come on it.
02:29See this.
02:30I remove it from here.
02:33I have a meter here.
02:34See this is your meter.
02:36This is 20 volts.
02:37That's why I have adjusted it.
02:40When I adjust it on DC 20.
02:42Now I put it on series.
02:43Because the gate is open.
02:45You don't have to put it directly.
02:46You can put 200 or 800.
02:49There is no need for an empty gate.
02:52Try to put it on work.
02:54See this.
02:55I put it on series.
02:57Now when I put it on series.
02:59See this.
03:00This is the low side.
03:01You have to work very carefully on this side.
03:03Your hand will come here.
03:04It is 310 or 315 volts.
03:06See this.
03:07As soon as I put it here.
03:09See this.
03:10The motor is on.
03:12But we have got 5 volts on this connector.
03:17Now we will put a pin on the pulse.
03:20We should get a pulse here.
03:22But we are not getting the pulse.
03:24Now I turn it off.
03:25Now I will check the pulse.
03:27I will check it with DSO.
03:29Otherwise I will not be able to see the pulse.
03:31The meter will not tell whether the pulse is coming or not.
03:35Assalam o Alaikum.
03:36I have come from Karachi.
03:37My name is Shabbir Ahmed.
03:38I have come to learn this work from Sir.
03:41This is the complete circuit of PCB.
03:43This is the complete kit.
03:44This diagram is made very well.
03:45I am checking this.
03:47Sir is teaching very well.
03:51See this.
03:52We have started checking it on DSO.
03:53Now this motor will be on.
03:55So I will show you the pulse of it.
03:57See this.
03:58I have put it on jack.
03:59Okay.
04:00I have put it on jack.
04:01The motor is on.
04:02Now see the pulse of it.
04:03You have to double check it on DSO.
04:05See this.
04:06See this.
04:07I have put it on jack.
04:08Now I will put the pulse of it.
04:11See this.
04:12Auto it once.
04:13It is done.
04:14It is done.
04:15Okay.
04:16See this.
04:17See this.
04:18The pulse is being made in it.
04:19Now bring it here.
04:20Bring it back.
04:21Show both things together.
04:22Come here and hold the motor from below.
04:25Hold the motor from top of the rotor.
04:26Stop it.
04:27See the pulse.
04:28Check it.
04:29See how it works.
04:30See this.
04:31Hold the motor from below firmly.
04:33Then stop it from top.
04:34Okay.
04:35See another hand.
04:36Either stop the other hand.
04:37Do you see these both three things?
04:38Show those three things.
04:39See this.
04:40See the pulse has stopped.
04:41Leave it.
04:42See this, see this.
04:43The pulse has started forming.
04:44Okay.
04:45Okay.
04:46This way the pulse is forming.
04:47If this does not pull out then in this
04:50error of H6 will certainly occur.
04:52Because of this, if it doesn't pull
04:56then you will see this portion of the motor.
04:59It is placed behind.
05:00Or see all video which I have posted.
05:01Check it.
05:02You can see how to change the Hall sensor, how to repair the motor, you can see the whole circuit.
05:09If it doesn't come here, then you have to focus on it, check it and see why we have an error.
05:18If you still don't understand, if you still don't get an error, then the wire in the center,
05:24this wire is going from here, it is going straight on its IC.
05:29The main microprocessor is coming on top of it.
05:33I am giving you its trailing so that the video will be long.
05:38Any of these cockets will have a pulse out of it.
05:41If you are looking for a wire here, check it.
05:45If not, then this microprocessor can also be damaged in this case.
05:50If you like my video, then like it and share it with your friends.
05:54Goodbye.
