00:00The collision of two motorcycles in Poso Rubio, Pangasinan was caught on CCTV.

00:05John Consulta has the report.

00:11After the motorcycle was moved, it collided with the motorcycle's wheel in Poso Rubio, Pangasinan.

00:16The two vehicles collided.

00:18The vehicles almost hit each other.

00:20In Mangaldan, Pangasinan, the woman senior citizen was about to cross the road but the motorcycle collided with her.

00:27The victim rushed home from the store.

00:30She was at the hospital after she suffered a head injury and a bone fracture.

00:35The 18-year-old rider with no license was able to recover from the collision.

00:41In General Santos City, the motorcycle collided with a pick-up even though the bottom part of it sparkled.

00:48The pick-up was hit and run when it collided with a tricycle.

00:52One of the passengers of the tricycle was dead on the spot while four of her children were rushed to the hospital.

00:58The driver of the pick-up, who was drunk, was hit and run.

01:02He will pay for the victims' losses.

01:04He will not be charged by the family of the victims.

01:08But according to the police, it is still possible to file a complaint against the driver for abandoning the victims.
