00:07is slowing down according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.

00:09It was recorded at 1.9% in September,

00:13which was slower at 3.3% in August.

00:17It was also the slowest since May 2020,

00:21or for more than four years.

00:23From January to September,

00:25the inflation rate in the Philippines is already at 3.4%.

00:29It was lower at 6.4% at the same time last year.

00:35According to the Philippine Statistics Authority,

00:36the slow rate of food prices and non-alcoholic beverages are primarily affected by this.
