00:39And if you talk to the Vice-Chancellors of British universities, they say it's not just
00:45that Chinese students pay the fees, it's that they add to the intellectual quality of the
00:52research, of the studying, the learning that goes on at British universities, particularly
00:58in STEM subjects, in science and technology and engineering and maths.
