Scott Parker expecting tough game against Plymouth

Wayne Rooney brings his Plymouth Argyle side to Turf Moor on Tuesday night and Burnley head coach Scott Parker feels that they will try and dominate the game against the Clarets.

00:00A tough game, yeah, for sure. I watched the game last night.

00:02So, good side, they're progressing well and obviously after a couple of wins, confidence is high, really.

00:07So, yeah, look, we're two home games now, back-to-back, so we're looking forward to them.

00:11And obviously, we understand the challenges we face on Tuesday night as well.

00:15I think injuries are obviously restricting a little bit, so it's a shame that we've picked up some injuries.

00:20And obviously, as you can see today, in terms of players, in terms of what we've got at our disposal.

00:25So, yeah, hopefully we can get them back fit.

00:28And the boys, what we're in a round, we'll make best selection for Tuesday.

00:31Obviously, best to try and win the game.

00:33Our passing team, they want to stress you with the ball.

00:37Possession team, a lot of movements in that sense.

00:40So, they're going to come and try and dominate the game in terms of how they play.

00:44And we need to be fully prepared for that.

00:46It's a quick turnaround for us now.

00:47So, we'll prepare the team best, obviously best to manage the game on Tuesday.
