00:16It is now hitting the Batanes and Northeastern Babuyan Islands.
00:20The wind signal No. 4 is high in the Batanes and Northern portion of Babuyan.
00:25Wind signal No. 3 is high in the other portion of Babuyan and Northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.
00:30Wind signal No. 2 is high in the northern portion of Cagayan, Apayao, Abra and Kalinga,
00:37Ilocos Norte and northern portion of Ilocos Sur.
00:41Wind signal No. 1 is high in the northern portion of Ilocos Sur, Abra and Kalinga,
00:46La Union, Pangasinan, Ipugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya,
00:53Quirino, Aurora and Pulillo Islands.
00:56It is also high in the northern and eastern portion of Nueva Ecija and Pulillo Islands.
01:01Currently, the typhoon Hulyan is passing through the Balintang Islands in Calayan, Cagayan.
01:07The strong winds reach 175 km per hour.
01:11In the next few hours, it is possible for it to reach or landfall in the Batanes or Balintang Islands.
