00:09confidence a lot on what wins do but how does it feel as a manager for your morale when that

00:14attacking football the ethos that you want to deliver on the pitch you can see it and the fans

00:18are in tune with that? Yeah don't don't stress about my morale it's usually pretty good I'm

00:24I'm yeah fairly uh optimistic about you know whatever uh sort of project I'm involved in and

00:32look it was good last night it was a different way for us to you know it's a different challenge for

00:36us obviously not just going down to 10 men but going down to 10 men so early you're virtually

00:40playing 90 minutes with with 10 men and uh yeah great to see the lads sort of you know try and

00:46persevere playing our football at times you know we weren't able to because obviously you're a man

00:50down but we did what was required and you know most important for us I think um yeah European

00:56football your home ties are pretty crucial because you know every away game is is tricky for one

01:02reason or another and um you know you really want to get off to a good start so the fact we've got

01:06to win was was important.
