00:09Today, I'm going to take you through my daily routine.
00:17Let's get started.
00:19I usually wake up around 8 to 9 AM.
00:24The first thing I do is make myself a refreshing drink.
00:29I mix hot water with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
00:33Add a few lemon slices and a bit of honey.
00:38Trust me, it's way better than coffee and gives you a lot of energy.
00:43After enjoying my lemon water, I head over to my garden.
00:48Here, I have my static bike.
00:52I do around 10 to 12 miles a day.
00:55While watching an episode of Grey's Anatomy.
01:00It's a great way to stay fit and entertained at the same time.
01:06Once I'm done with my workout, I head inside and start my work.
01:14I spend a good part of my day doing research and creating content for my YouTube videos.
01:24I stay focused on my work throughout the day, but in the evening, it's time for some relaxation.
01:34I use a tent sauna every night for about 20 to 25 minutes.
01:40It's a low-cost sauna that you can set up anywhere and it costs around $70 to $100.

01:58The sauna is great for your bones and body and it's a perfect way to end the day.
