00:08A series of typhoons or tropical depressions are forming in the low-pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:14The last one to hit was more than 2,000 kilometers off the coast of Central Luzon.

00:19It has a low chance of entering the PIR.

00:22A new LPA is also being monitored inside the PIR off the coast of Extreme Northern Luzon.

00:28And another LPA is outside the PIR off the east coast of Eastern Visayas.

00:33Both have a low chance of having two LPAs.

00:38For now, the possible rainfall in Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao is in the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
