00:07or the General Appropriations Bill, which outlines the proposed

00:126.352 trillion peso 2025 national budget. A few minutes ago, the message of the Chief

00:20Executive to House Speaker Martin Romualdez was read during the House plenary session.

00:25The certification will enable the House of Representatives to approve the 2025

00:30GAB on both second and final reading on the same day. The bill is expected to be

00:35passed on final reading tomorrow, as earlier announced by the House leadership.
