Andy Reid says it's his mindset that's kept him so consistent with the Eagles and the Chiefs over the years.

00:00You mentioned how wins are hard in the NFL.

00:02Well, you won your 132nd game as head coach of the Chiefs last night,

00:06and that's actually more wins than you had with the Eagles,

00:09which is pretty remarkable considering all the success you had there.

00:12I know you don't normally get wrapped up in this kind of thing,

00:14but what's that mean to you?

00:15Yeah, it means I've been around a lot of good players and good coaches.

00:19It's not a as you know, it's not a one man show.

00:22Been lucky to be with two great organizations and

00:25and then you're only as good as your next one.

00:31So that's how that's how this thing works.

00:34So it really doesn't matter what took place in the past.

00:39When you're when you're in the present here, man, you got to

00:43go stay on top of the top of your game.

00:45And that's all of us.

00:46And we know we're getting everybody's best shot.

00:49Staying on top of your game becomes an important thing.

00:52There's a certain mindset that goes with that.

00:55And however it gets done, you know, however it gets done,

00:59whatever phase of the game or person picks it up to make it happen
