00:03If a business does not clearly realize the need it is addressing, it will not survive.

00:09And all businesses need a customer.

00:12The customer is the human being.

00:14The most fundamental need of the human being is realization, illumination.

00:20Call it peace, call it love, whatever.

00:23Hence, you must be able to, through your product or service,

00:28in some way, bring illumination and peace to your customer.

00:33Because that is the most fundamental human need.

00:36And the customer is, first of all, a human being.

00:40You're dealing with a human being.

00:42And you say, I'm here to fulfill a need.

00:44First of all, know what that word need means.
