00:00Sometimes, if you become heedless, then the words of these Allah's affect you a lot.
00:04I have also kept some things.
00:07When I feel in my heart that someone is becoming heedless, then I open them and read them.
00:13One of the companions of my beloved is Hazrat Saeed bin Aamir.
00:18Hazrat Umar had made him a Governor or an Amir.
00:23He was the Governor of an entire province.
00:26If you pass by him, then he is the Governor.
00:29You cannot walk past him. He is so tall.
00:32So, he was the Governor.
00:34Once, there was a lot of money.
00:37Hazrat Farooq-e-Azam said to the people of that province,
00:40that a person who was the Minister of Finance,
00:44he was told by Umar that the Minister of Finance of that province,
00:49where Hazrat Saeed bin Aamir was the Governor,
00:52should make a list and send it to him.
00:54I want to invest funds.
00:56So, when the list was made, the Governor's name was also written on the fourth number.
01:01So, Hazrat Umar-e-Farooq said to Hazrat Saeed bin Aamir,
01:05that you were poor, helpless and destitute.
01:08The people of your province are saying, why didn't you tell me?
01:11Hazrat Saeed said, Umar, first you tell that person to tell me.
01:15He has revealed my secret.
01:17So, the person should tell.
01:18I know, my Lord knows, that I do not cry in front of the poor.
01:23If I have a pen and paper, I will tell my Lord.
01:27I will tell my beloved.
01:29I do not cry in front of the poor.
01:32Hazrat Umar went.
01:34After the Governor was appointed,
01:38after 2-4-5 months, when Hazrat Saeed bin Aamir's Governorate had some time,
01:42then it was Hazrat Umar's way.
01:44He used to look for the Governors.
01:46His way was that he would gather all the people in the mosque of the Governor of the area.
01:52And then he would call the Governor as well.
01:54He would say, if there is a complaint of the Governor, then tell me.
01:58He gathered the people in the mosque.
02:01The people got together.
02:03Hazrat Farooq-e-Azam, may Allah be pleased with him, said,
02:06if there is a complaint of the Governor, then tell me.
02:09So, the people of the province said,
02:11there are 4 complaints of the Governor.
02:14Listen to this with an open heart.
02:16There are 4 complaints.
02:18The first complaint is that,
02:20when the new people used to come,
02:22they used to sit in the mosque after Fajr.
02:24Those whom they wanted to meet.
02:26Now, they go home after Fajr.
02:29And at the time of Ishraq Chasht,
02:31they come at 8-9 o'clock.
02:33The second complaint is that,
02:35they used to meet at night.
02:37Now, they meet only during the day,
02:39not at night.
02:40And the third complaint is that,
02:42they don't meet even once in a week.
02:44The fourth complaint is that,
02:46sometimes when they cry,
02:48they become unconscious.
02:50How many times have you met your MNA?
02:52Tell me.
02:54How many times have you met him?
02:56You can vote as you wish,
02:58but answer the question.

03:24Hazrat-e-Saheed bin Umar, the governor,
03:26and I often say that on this earth,
03:28these were the people of light,
03:30whom my Prophet gave light.
03:33This is the training of my Prophet.
03:35Hazrat-e-Umar looked at the governor,
03:38and said,
03:40tell me,
03:42you have received a complaint.
03:44The first complaint is that
03:46you used to meet at Fajr,
03:48now you meet at Ishraq Chasht.
03:50Hazrat-e-Saheed bin Umar said,
03:52Huzoor, if it were not for you,
03:54if someone else had asked,
03:56I would never have told.
03:58Huzoor,
04:00my helplessness is that
04:02my wife has fallen ill
04:04and is disabled.
04:06I cannot keep a servant.
04:08That good-natured woman
04:10has worked for me for 30 years.
04:12Now that she has fallen ill,
04:14should I leave her?
04:16I get up in the morning
04:18and sweep the house,
04:20wash the utensils,
04:22knead the dough,
04:24cook the roti,
04:26and feed my unfaithful wife.
04:28Huzoor, when she urinates,
04:30I clean it.
04:32It is my responsibility.
04:34Then it gets a little late.
04:36When the answer to the first question
04:38came, people said,
04:40the wrong ticks of our body have stood up.
04:42Then they said,
04:44your second complaint is that
04:46you do not meet once a week.
04:48Hazrat-e-Saheed bin Umar said,
04:50Huzoor,
04:52I wish these people would not embarrass me.
04:54I wish they would not ask in public.
04:56This was the secret between me and my Lord.
04:58This was better.
05:00I have said, I am poor.
05:02I have only a little.
05:04It is a cold season.
05:06So, once a week, I wash my clothes,
05:08dry them,
05:10and wear my wife's clothes.
05:12And when it gets a little late,
05:14what should I do?
05:16I cannot come.
05:18Your third complaint is that
05:20you do not meet at night,
05:22you meet only during the day.
05:24Hazrat-e-Umar said,
05:26his white beard,
05:28Huzoor-e-Saheed bin Umar
05:30Do you want to see my black hair?
05:32Aren't they all white?
05:34This means,
05:36the fruit is ripe.
05:38I don't know when the Lord will call me.
05:40The list of sins is very long.
05:42I sit on the prayer mat
05:44and keep praying to the Lord.
05:46I tell Him,
05:48I have kept curtains here,
05:50so keep my curtains there also.
05:52I have kept the whole day for the creation.
05:54I have kept the night for the Lord.
05:56What should I do with Umar?
05:58I cannot meet him.
06:00Hazrat-e-Umar's eyes were filled with tears.
06:02He said,
06:04tell me the fourth complaint.
06:06Sometimes I faint while crying.
06:08Then he started crying again.
06:10He said,
06:12Huzoor, I have recited the Kalima at the age of 40.
06:16When I remember the sins of 40 years,
06:18then I cannot be patient.
06:20And I think,
06:22if I know everything about one sin,
06:24which I did to the Sardar,
06:26then what should I do?
06:30When I remember the sins of 40 years,
06:32then I start crying.
06:34And I think,
06:36if the Lord asks me,
06:38then what should I say?
06:40Umar, pray for me.
06:42O Lord, forgive my sins of 40 years.
06:44Hazrat-e-Umar started crying.
06:46Janab-e-Saeed bin Aamir said,
06:48big things have happened.
06:50My big curtains have opened.
06:52Now announce my punishment.
06:54Umar said,
06:56I have given my answer.
06:58Now announce my punishment.
07:00Hazrat-e-Umar raised his hand and said,
07:02O Allah,
07:04grant me some other governor like him.
07:06O Allah,
07:08grant my slaves of the Prophet
07:10some other governor like him.
07:12O my brother,
07:14this is the advice of my Prophet.
